1. How to update Member information?
Sign in and go to Trade Office > My Account > Update Company Profile (or Update Contact Information)
If you are GoTrust or GoSupplier Member, you will not be able to Update Member information as it has been verified by third party.

  2. How to change password?
Sign in and go to My Account to Change Password.

3. Lost ID/Password
If you forget your password, to recover it please:
Go to Sign in and Click on "Lost ID/Password"

Enter your Member ID and answer the password secret question.
Your password will be sent to your business email directly.
Please sign in and change your password for security.
If you forget your member ID, please Contact Us for support.
4. How many Selling Leads can you post?
You can not change your ID. However, you can create a new ID by re-registering as a free member.
If you re-register with a new ID, please Contact Us so that we can delete the old one.
5. When will you be able to view your posted information?
Your posted Company Profile will be published after Gophatdat.com approval within 24 hours.
Please take some notes when posting your information:
Your subject and description should be in English.
Please don't enter email address on the description.
Provide valid company description
Phone/fax number must be valid.
You need to provide enough information.
