To view your incoming inquiries, sent inquiries, and deleted inquiries, please go to Inbox, Sent Box, and Trash Box.

What is Bulk Box?

You can set "Spam" with the senders of unwanted inquiries.

You can click "Spam" button for the message you're viewing in Inbox.
Or use the check box to select the inquiries of senders you don't want to receive anymore and click "Spam" button.
